All set for the 2019/20 UEFA Champions League draw
Valencia CF are one of the 32 clubs participating in the 2019/20 UEFA Champions League, the draw for which will be made this Thursday at the Grimaldi Forum in Monaco from 6pm (local time).
The teams will be divided into four pots. Pot 1 consists of the reigning European Champions (Liverpool FC), the UEFA Europa League winners from the previous year (Chelsea FC) and the champions of the six best leagues according to the UEFA ranking (FC Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Juventus, Manchester City, Paris Saint Germain and Zenit St. Petersburg).
The other three pots are set up according to club coefficients - which are devised according to the amount of points earned in the previous five seasons - or the federation coefficients for that period of time. Valencia CF will be one of the names in Pot 3.
