Gameiro makes 100th appearance for VCF

The Frenchman had a brief cameo against Real Madrid

Against Real Madrid on Sunday, Kevin Gameiro made his 100th appearance as a Valencia CF player. The French player was brought on to replace Kang In for the final minutes of the match, which the team won 4-1.

The French striker,  in his third season at Valencia CF, has scored a total of 20 goals in his century of games: 12 in LaLiga, 2 in the UEFA Champions League, 3 in the UEFA Europa League and 3 in the Copa del Rey. He has also provided 11 assists for his teammates.

The most fondly remembered goal from him is undoubtedly his opener in the final of the Copa del Rey against FC Barcelona in Seville, helping the team to win the trophy in May of 2019.
