Improve your football skills with the VCF Elite Campus

This summer, enjoy the first edition of the VCF Elite Campus, an individualised training programmme divided by positions for experienced players.

Participants will improve their skills and abilities through intensive high-performance training, aided by each area of the VCF Academy: Talent management, video-analysis, fitness preparation, nutrition, psychology and goalkeeping.

The course is open to those born between 2002 and 2006, and gives them the opportunity to experience being a VCF Academy player at the place where their idols train: The Ciudad Deportiva in Paterna.

The facilities have been adapted to the current circumstances with safety and hygiene measures and strict protocols for the VCF Elite Campus.

The 2021 edition will be run by professionals from the VCF Academy, experienced in the training of Cadete and Juvenil talents, as well as boasting the participation of specialists from each department at the Ciudad Deportiva, who will teach several theoretical and practical masterclasses.

In addition to the elite training by positions and the theoretical / practical masterclasses, each of the players who participate in the VCF Elite Campus will receive:

• An anthropometric measurement study at the beginning of the programme.

• Fitness sessions

• A dossier with individualised reports, prepared by the methodology department at the VCF Academy.

• Video-report prepared by the video analysis department at the VCF Academy.

• A VCF Campus PUMA training kit and an official Valencia CF training kit (shirt, shorts and socks).

• Mestalla Forever Tour: A visit to Mestalla, the most historic stadium in LaLiga.

• Mid-afternoon snack for all participants.

When does it take place?

Three afternoon schedules will be run, according to age and category:

· From June 28t to July 3rd. Male Cadete category born between 2005 and 2006.

· From July 5th to 10th. Male Juvenil category born between 2002 and 2004.

· From July 12th to 17th. Female categories for both Cadete and Juvenil, born between 2002 and 2006.
