Inside the agreement between Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group

Valencia CF have reached an agreement to make TM Real Estate Group their new official sponsor, with the company name appearing prominently on the shirt as of the 2023/24 season.

“We are very happy to have new partners on our shirt. It is an honour to have a Valencian brand like TM Real Estate Group on our kits. They are a company with more than 50 years of history and strong expansion overseas. Valencia CF and TM Real Estate Group share the same values and Mediterranean culture. We are looking forward to working very closely with them to promote these values, as well as excellence in everything we do,” said Valencia CF president Layhoon Chan of the deal.

Since July 1st, TM Real Estate Group are the main sponsor of Valencia CF and are present on the front of not just the home and away shirts, but also those of the VCF Academy teams and VCF Femenino, as well as training kits and physical and digital media.

“We are very happy from both a business and personal perspective. Our company's commitment to Valencian sport is historic, as well as our dedication to our region of Valencia. We hope to transmit this symbiosis and this combination of family and business that has led us to business success in this sector, and see its fruits in this alliance with Valencia CF, which is very important for us," added the CEO of TM Real Estate Group, Pablo Serna.

TM Real Estate Group is a leading holding company in the residential, hotel and tourism sector, and stands out as one of the main companies in the real estate development sector in Spain. The company from Alicante, which has nearly 2,000 employees, has other business divisions such as hotels, agriculture, vacation rentals, photovoltaic energy and real estate brokerage.

“We are third generation Valencianistas. My love of the club was inherited from my father, our founder José Luis Serna, from my brothers and even from my nephews. We have been to the finals in Paris, Milan, Gothenburg and Seville. We have travelled many kilometers for Valencia CF. We have always accompanied the club, and now will do so even more," Serna concluded.
