Luis Enrique praises Parejo versatility

Spain coach Luis Enrique has called up three Valencia CF players for the game against Norway at Mestalla, including a recall for Dani Parejo after his excellent recent performances in LaLiga.

He was asked about the VCF captain in his pre-match press conference, and made reference to Parejo's versatility in the midfield.

"Parejo can play inside. We are going to continue with a 4-3-3 formation, but we will be open to changes of formation during the game. Parejo is a 'pivot', but at the level he is playing and the ability that he has, he is perfectly capable of playing inside. It's one of the options that we will evaluate," said the coach, who has also picked José Luis Gayà and Rodrigo Moreno to feature in front of their home fans in Saturday's match.
