Nico: "A much better scoreline would have been fairer for us"

Nico González started for Valencia CF against Elche CF, playing as a pivot in the midfield. The Spaniard talked to VCF Media after the final whistle.

Learning from mistakes
Today's game was very disappointing for us. We were much better than them in the first half, and I think that a much better scoreline would have been fairer for us. We came out very switched off for the second half, and in the first 10-15 minutes they had pulled level. From then on, we reacted, but you can't afford to do that in the Primera División.
