Valencia CF's Main Global Partner, TM Grupo Inmobiliario, wins two ‘International Property Awards’

Valencia CF's Main Global Partner, TM Grupo Inmobiliario, has won two awards at the International Property Awards, considered to be the most prestigious event in the international real estate sector.

The Alicante-based company, a benchmark in the residential tourism sector, specialising in the construction and development of second homes on the Mediterranean and Caribbean coast, stands out for its projects Lagoons Village (Torrevieja) and Sunset Sailors (Benidorm).

Sunset Sailors, recognised as one of its most iconic projects on the Costa Blanca, wins the award in the ‘Residential high-rise development’ category. Located in Benidorm, this two-tower residential development, which complements the spectacular skyline of the town, is designed to make the most of the virtues of the surroundings with an ambitious and elegant formal proposal and terraces designed to give the sensation of sailing from one's own home.

In addition, Lagoons Village, one of the company's largest residential projects with planned development of more than 1,800 homes, has won recognition in the Residential Development 20+ Units for Spain category. Lagoons Village is located between Laguna Rosa and La Laguna Salada de la Mata in Torrevieja.

This is not the first time that Valencia CF's Main Global Partner has won a prize at these awards. In 2022 the company was awarded at a national and European level with its Sunset Cliffs project in the ‘Residential high-rise development’ category and at a national level with the Flamenca Village residential development in the ‘Residential development 20+units for Spain’ category.

The International Property Awards are now in their 31st year and are organised in stages across Arabia, Europe, Africa, Canada, Central and South America, the Caribbean, the United States, the United Kingdom and Asia Pacific, covering more than 50 residential and commercial categories and judged by a panel of more than 100 industry experts.
