The Champions Burger returns to Mestalla in the summer

Valencia will once again become the burger capital of Spain this summer as The Champions Burger returns for its second edition at the Camp de Mestalla. After drawing more than 350,000 visitors in 2024, the country’s leading gastronomic festival is back in full force from June 5 to 23, bringing together over 25 top-tier burger joints in a vibrant food truck format.

Following the overwhelming success of last year’s edition, Mestalla will once again host this culinary celebration, which crowns the "Best Burger in Spain" among the nation’s finest burger restaurants.

After attracting 4 million visitors across 18 cities in Spain last year, The Champions Burger is raising the stakes in 2025. This edition will tour over 40 cities between February and December due to overwhelming public demand. As always, it's the visitors themselves who will crown the Best Burger in Spain, casting their votes based on criteria such as bread quality, meat flavor, and ingredient creativity.

Mestalla, home of Valencia CF, is solidifying its role as a premier venue for large-scale events. This strategy not only strengthens the club’s brand within the entertainment sector, but also lays groundwork for the transition to the Nou Mestalla in summer 2027.

More than just football, the club is creating new points of connection with a broader audience, attracting visitors beyond match days. In fact, Valencia CF was honored by LALIGA with the Best Event of 2024 award for the innovative "Coliseum New Year's Eve" celebration.

With initiatives like The Champions Burger, the stadium is reinforcing its position as a hub for leisure, culture, and entertainment, becoming a powerful social engine and economic catalyst in the city.

The Champions Burger is the only event where visitors can enjoy over 25 gourmet burgers from the best burger joints in the country — all in the same venue, without having to travel from place to place.

For this new edition at Camp de Mestalla, the event comes with exciting new features that will take the experience to the next level.

Among the highlights is a spectacular neon-lit gateway at the entrance, which will light up on opening day. Inspired by the legendary highways of the United States, it will welcome burger lovers into a unique and immersive food festival atmosphere.
