The VCF Academy follows a well-recognized training methodology, grounded in its identity #JugarAFoc, which in recent years has earned it recognition as the fourth-best academy in Europe for developing players to compete at the elite level, according to the CIES Football Observatory (+INFO).

The VCF Academy’s objective is to remain in constant evolution, continuously evaluating and improving its approach. A recent example of this commitment was the seminar hosted at Valencia CF’s Ciutat Esportiva under the theme: “Inconsistencies in Youth Football Under Debate: A Complex Systems Perspective.”
